The Locanda alla Posta, dating back to the 16th Century, was one of the ancient stops of the postal diligence. Since the Renaissance it was the landmark for horses change, carriages repair and travellers stop.
For people travelling to or from Paris, Milan, Turin and Vienna the Locanda alla Posta was one of the suitable stops in the Venetian area.
With a squared structure, it still has a wide and stunning portico decorated with mascheroni, a beautiful internal hall and a charming overturned hull deck.
During summer the Locanda alla Posta opens its doors to Gelateria Naturale Scaldaferro and its peculiar ice creams while during winter it offers delicious hot chocolates, teas and handmade pastries in the large internal hall.
It also provides guests with a large car park and a private garden.
