Historical Venetian Villa, its origins date back to 1500, when it was commissioned by the powerful family of the Contarini, a historic family of the Serenissima. The Villa was born as a wedding gift of the Doge Contarini to his daughter. At the end of 1700 the central body was expanded in neoclassical style, in vogue at the time and two indispensable barchesse were added to host the many servants and to store goods and animals.
