The Venetian villa is in Belluno and it is well-known because the villa was Dino Buzzati’s home, writer, journalist and painter.
The present appearance is due because the Buzzati family during the XIXth century transform the villa. The villa was expanded and totally frescoed. The famous painter Pompeo Molmenti done some interventions. The villa become a rare example of romantic building.
Today, part of the villa is a B&B open all year long. The B&B has two rooms for his guests “L’Alberone” and “Il Granaio” and an attic for tourism welcoming.
Each rooms have a private bathroom and they furnished with vintage and traditional piece of furniture. The room facing the villa garden and the mountains of Valbelluna.
There is a common room where the guests have breakfast and a relaxing garden.
For sport lovers the villa is the ideal starting point for bike tours, equitation, canyoning, ski, trekking and so forth. Animals are allowed.
