Villa Pera is an historic Venetian Villa of second half of 17th century. The villa is in a park of one hectare and half with ancient trees and fountains and water tank.
The villa was born with the structures that support the farm production. The structures replace the old builts used by Pera at the end of XVI century. In the 70s, the villa still had the wine cellar, the barrels and the tools for the vinification. In 2001, restoration works have been carried out in the villa. The English park is plain of ancient trees, two tank of water and four sculptures of 18th century, two of these represent Ercole and Deianira.
Today, the villa is available to organize of any kind of event: baptisms, anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, weddings.
There is a swimming pool where you can manage buffet, cocktail, cutting of the cake and so forth.
A bright room with a fireplace and a big wine cellar with vintage barrels (recently restored) are available for events. The villa hosts enogastronomic events such as “Fiuli – Via dei Sapori” or cultural event like “Rassegne corali”. In the granary of colonnade it is possible to visit the museum of farmer life.
