The villa was, probably, of 18th century and it is nicknamed “Casa del Pittore” because during the 20th century the villa was the countryside house of the painter Ettore Tito.
The painter create the most beautiful works inside the villa. The villa was famous thanks to his parties with the collector Peggy Guggenheim.
Today, the villa is possible to visit. The guided tour are upon request and it is better to book before coming. In fact, the villa is private.
